Which information?

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and display the content most likely to be relevant to you. It also enables us to deliver any services requested by you, such as sending you newsletters and marketing our services.

Retention period

The information is stored for the period specified below. The period depends on the type of information and the basis for retaining it. You may contact us at any time via e-mail at [email protected] and request us to delete your information.

Newsletters and other website materials

If you provide contact information when downloading materials from our website or subscribing to newsletters, we will record this contact information. We will retain the information until you cancel all services and for a period of 2 years thereafter, or in the event of subsequent contact, for 2 years after your last contact.

Events

When you sign up for events, we record your contact information as well as other information that may be relevant to the event. We retain and use your contact information in order to do follow-ups and marketing later on. The information is stored for 2 years after your last contact.

Phone contact

During telephone contact, we will sometimes record your contain information. When we record your information, you will be notified during the call. We retain and use your contact information in order to do follow-ups and marketing later on. The information is stored for 2 years after your last contact.

Customer relationships

In connection with customer relationships, we record contact information about relevant employees at the customer in order to issue service announcements about our product to the persons concerned. This information is stored, but can be deleted by sending a request to [email protected].

Registering at CapaSystems’ initiative

In some cases, CapaSystems may choose to register contact information on a person we consider relevant in terms of communication and who may benefit from services offered by CapaSystems. The person in question will always be informed that he or she is being registered and may request to be deleted at any time. The information is stored for 2 years after your last contact.

Use of subcontractors

We use a number of services for storing and processing data. These services solely process information on behalf of us and may not use it for their own purposes. Any disclosure of personal data, such as your name and e-mail address, will only happen following your consent.

Insight and complaints

According to applicable law, you have the right to be informed about the personal data we process about you. Also, you may at any time object to the usage of any information. You may also revoke your consent to record information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you may ask us to correct or delete it.
