The total number of international customers is increasing and has led to the establishment of an international support at CapaSystems. The Support offers assistance those holidays that are normally not part of the international clients Calendars
Taastrup, 2 May 2011: This financial year has featured several recognitions and changes in CapaSystems, the Nordic region’s leading supplier in the field of end-user-oriented Systems Management solutions. Becoming a Gazelle Company (a business which has achieved a continuous growth) for the second time and being among the nominees for the Entrepreneur Of The Year is very important for the Danish software company that constantly works to distribute the two products – CapaInstaller Management Solution and Performance Guard.
The total number of customers is steadily increasing and outside the borders of Denmark 24 new customers has signed up.
- As the number of international clients increases, the need for support beyond Danish opening hours grow, says the CEO Nicolai Stumpe, CapaSystems.
Initially, the international support offers assistance those holidays that are normally not part of the international client´s calendars. And of course there will be support on both CapaInstaller Management Solution and Performance Guard.
- If we experience needs for further expansion of the international support, having customers in other time zones that requires technical assistance, we´ll definitely solve that challenge as well. One of the most important things to CapaSystems is the customer´s confidence in their choice of a Systems Management solution. By establishing the international support we want to indicate, that they can rely on CapaSystems as a professional supplier, ending Nicolai Stumpe.
The danish manufacturer of fine chemicals, Cheminova, manage 700 machines using CapaInstaller Management Solution. In 2010 the company decided to switch from SCCM – they needed a deployment tool that did not require an entire department to manage

- Most people know the phrase: “Keep it simple, stupid.” CapaSystems have really managed to keep it simple in the development of CapaInstaller – simple is best!
So says Brian Bach-Hansen who is a System Engineer at Cheminova. In 2010 Cheminova decided to replace SCCM with CapaInstaller Management Solution – a decision they have not regretted.
- It truly shines through the software that CapaSystems know Danish companies well and understand their needs. My experience tells me that SCCM is too large and too complex. SCCM can do everything – no doubt about that – but the operation and maintenance is way too heavy. It is a system that is directed at companies with an entire department that deals only with this territory. And we are definitely not suited for that, continues Brian Bach-Hansen.

Bang & Olufsen is not in doubt – the decision to switch to CapaInstaller Management Solution was correct. The processes are optimized and the feeling of closeness provides security in daily life where IT simply must not stand in the way of further development of one of the world’s strongest brands

Bang & Olufsens reputation is based on the development of its own unique technologies, impressive design, creative solutions, excellent quality and a strong desire to strive for perfection and making the impossible possible. Thats why it is vital that it is not the IT systems that neither restricts or slows down the further development which is so important for Bang & Olufsen since they always have to be ahead in order to maintain the status as one of the world’s strongest brands.
Since the IT department at Bang & Olufsen, after 10 years of close collaboration with M-net, had to uncover the market for alternative deployment solutions their gaze was basically directed at Microsoft SCCM – but it ended up with CapaInstaller Management Solution.
“The investment has paid off – and we have gained much more value by choosing CapaInstaller Management Solution in relation to SCCM,” says Senior Manager Thomas Kaaber, Bang & Olufsen.

- CapaInstaller Management Solution makes it easy to manage 8,000 PCs even though they are located 60 different places around the municipality. It is simple to communicate the use of CMS to the local administrators, and it is of great importance that we don´t need to use to much of our time explaining the features, says Ole Haugaard Dahl, IT administrator.
With 19,000 employees divided between seven committies Aalborg Municipality is the larges place of employment in the region. The School & Culture Committee is responsible for the 50 schools in the municipality, the six special schools, the special education, the after school care, the public libraries, the general education and the cultural and leisure life.
Randers Municipality has re-signed the 3.500 CMS licenses

- By using Configuration Management, OS Deployment and Reporting & Queries we get fast and consistent configuration. The new Randers Municipality is formed by Purhus, Nørhald and Randers, the western part of Sønderhald, most of Langå and Havndal, today the eastern part of Mariager. The municipality is located in the eastern Jutland and with a population of nearly 93,000 and an area of 800km2, Randers Municipality is among the largest in Denmark.
One of CapaSystems most significant customers, Herning Municipality, has extended the cooporation
It all began in 2008 with 7.300 CMS-licenses. Today Herning Municipality has 15.000 clients, and has extended the contract with CapaSystems.
- We more or less make use of every part of CapaInstaller Management Solution, but especially OS Deployment and Configuration Management gives us great value. - When it comes to using IT, Herning Municipality wish to continue being in the forefront, therefore it is of most importance, that we have the opportunity to influence the product we use. The good cooperation with CapaSystems makes that possible, explains Kim Skotte Larsen and concludes:
- Obviously we are very aware of in which direction the market moves, and with this choice of platform we feel future proof – in other words we are convinced that CapaSystems has the abilities to handle the job. That is also why we have welcomed the chance being a development partner and thus have the opportunity to test new technologies and solutions in cooperation with CapaSystems.

CapaSystems has the will and the vision in a time of changes and has been elected as one of the 5 companies in Region Zealand that is best at making money
Taastrup, 3 November 2010: Lately, CapaSystems has come in for a heap of accolades. In August, it was the nomination as a Gazelle company by the business daily, Børsen, and now Ernst & Young have deemed CapaSystems to be among the 5 companies in Region Zealand that are best at making money.
Ernst & Young’s prestigious award for growth generators, Entrepreneur Of The Year is the country’s – and indeed the world’s – most recognised competition for growth generation and pays homage to the most talented and innovative entrepreneurs. The competition differs significantly from other entrepreneurial competitions in that if focuses both on the companies’ ability to generate growth and also the ‘softer’ values like the entrepreneur’s commitment and ability to inspire and engage the organisation.
In the last financial year, CapaSystems earned the right to participate in the competition – however, it did not result in a place among the nominees. That place came this year and, naturally, CapaSystems is extremely proud of the nomination:
We are, of course, very proud to belong to the elite on Zealand. The financial crisis has drastically reduced the number of entrepreneurs. The number of growth companies has more than halved compared to last year. On Zealand alone, the number of companies meeting the criteria for participation has gone from 166 participants last year to 79 participants this year. In our eyes, to be among the 5 nominees is really fantastic, exclaims CapaSystems Managing Director, Nicolai Stumpe.

Most qualifying companies only accomplish this once – but CapaSystems is not like most companies. Once again, CapaSystems has qualified as a “gazelle-company” – a company with high continuous growth in revenue for a number of years
Taastrup, 27 August 2010: Since 1995, the Danish newspaper Dagbladet Børsen has annually identified the companies with the most growth in revenue. The gazelle concept has become a part of the Danish language as a synonym for high growth business. It is therefore an exclusive group of companies that CapaSystems again this year is a part of.
70% of all gazelle-companies are only named once in their lifespan. CapaSystems qualified in 2007 – and now again in 2010.
The qualification of gazelles is done by the research company “Greens Analysis” with objective criterias based on data from the Danish Commerce And Companies Agency. In brief, the definition of a gazelle is: a company that during the past four years has had continuous growth in revenues or gross profit, and as a whole has more than doubled the turnover or gross profit in that period.
All Danish A/S and ApS companies are automatically included in the study, and this year’s gazelle is found among more than 500,000 companies in Denmark.
